At Future Agents, we offer a range of online training programs and live sessions. Due to the nature of our products and services, our refund policy varies depending on the type of program enrolled in.
Please read the applicable terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Live Agentic AI Session (1-Day / 2-Day Program)
This is a live training session conducted over one or two days.
- If the session is 2 days, refund requests can be made only on Day 1.
- If the session is 1 day, refund requests must be made before the mid-point of the session.
Any requests made after the above timelines will not be accepted.
To request a refund, users must email contact@futureagents.ai within the eligible time window.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.
2. AI Generalist Course (Recorded Program)
This is a pre-recorded digital course.
- Users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- After 7 days, no refund requests will be accepted.
Refund requests must be sent to contact@futureagents.ai.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.
3. AI Automation Expert Program
This is an advanced program that includes:
- Recorded Foundation Course
- Live sessions conducted over a period of time
- Additional learning resources
Access to the program is provided after enrollment.
Due to the structured nature of the program, inclusion of digital content, and allocation of resources:

By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have understood the program structure
- You are aware that no refunds will be applicable after purchase
4. General Conditions
- Refund requests will only be considered if submitted via email to contact@futureagents.ai
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3–5 working days to the original payment method
- No refund will be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of usage
- Failure to attend live sessions
- Misunderstanding of program content
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Payment deducted but access not provided
Such cases will be reviewed and resolved accordingly.
